Ltd delivers HATHI Hawaii Slippers, introduced in the early eighties. Renowned for superior quality and affordability, our diverse range of EVA sandals and Hawaii slippers under the HATHI brand have stood the test of time. Mr. Amir Pratap JB Rana serves as the Chairman and Managing Director at Kiran Shoes Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. (Goldstar Shoes) and Modern Slipper Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Haathi Chap Slipper). His leadership is pivotal to the company's operations. Established in 1990, Goldstar Shoes is renowned for its core values of comfort, durability, and affordability. Made from genuine materials and innovative technology, Goldstar Shoes have garnered popularity not only in Nepal and India but also in Western countries. The brand offers a diverse range of footwear including hiking shoes, sneakers, formal shoes, sandals, and slippers. Goldstar's commitment to quality and value has solidified its reputation as a household name in Nepal and beyond.

Vidushi Rana

An action-oriented and strategic thinker with a passion for tactical and detailed marketing execution, Mrs. Vidushi Rana has played a pivotal role in revitalizing and enhancing the Goldstar Brand. Her strategic acumen and exceptional marketing skills have significantly contributed to Goldstar's increasing popularity in both national and international markets. A former banker, Mrs. Rana, alongside her husband, Mr. Amir Pratap JB Rana, the CMD of Kiran Shoes Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. (Goldstar Brand) and Modern Slipper Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Haathi Brand), has propelled these beloved footwear brands into the limelight. In addition to effectively managing the responsibilities as the Executive Director of Goldstar and Haathi brands, Vidushi Rana is also a devoted mother of two, showcasing her nurturing side and further enhancing her image as an independent woman. She serves as a role model for many young girls with her influential contributions and recent recognition from the Right Honourable Prime Minister as the most influential woman entrepreneur. Within her industry, which employs over 3000 workers, Vidushi Rana prioritizes providing skill-based training and employment opportunities to marginalized women, with 80% of the workforce consisting of women from disadvantaged backgrounds.
